Who buys the enclosure?
You do, to my specification. Buy it wherever it is cheapest; I tell you which model fits and what is missing from the box.
What must be ready before you arrive?
The tray fitted and connected (unless you order a replacement with a tray), grout dry for 24 hours, the enclosure in unopened boxes and space to lay out the glass.
How long does it take?
Fitting on an existing tray takes 3 to 4 hours. A replacement with removal and disposal fits in one day. A seal service takes 1 to 1.5 hours.
When can I shower?
24 hours after sealing. Sanitary silicone cures from the surface inwards and water in the first day can wash it out from under the profile.
What does the guarantee cover?
The watertightness of the fitting I carried out. Glass, rollers and the enclosure itself are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which I will help you claim.
Do you issue invoices in English?
The invoice is a standard Polish VAT invoice. I can add an English description of the work on request.
